2. Information We Collect
Email Addresses
We collect your email address only when you voluntarily provide it to receive your ergonomic analysis results. You can also opt-in to receive ergonomic tips and product updates.
Local Storage: For your convenience, we may store your email address locally in your browser so you don't need to re-enter it on future visits. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you submit a new analysis.
Uploaded Images
We temporarily process workspace photos you upload to provide AI-powered ergonomic analysis. Images are automatically deleted within 24 hours and are never used for any purpose other than your personal analysis.
Session Data
We generate temporary session IDs to link your uploaded images with your analysis results. This data is automatically purged with your images.
Usage Analytics
We may collect basic usage statistics to improve our service, but this data is anonymized and contains no personally identifiable information.

Email addresses: To send you your personalized ergonomic analysis results and, with your consent, helpful ergonomic tips and product recommendations.
Images: Exclusively for AI analysis to generate your personalized ergonomic recommendations. Images are processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
Usage data: To improve our AI analysis accuracy and user experience, always in an anonymized format.
4. Image Handling Policy
🔒 Zero Image Retention: All images submitted to ErgoAudit are processed in real time and automatically deleted within 24 hours.
📸 Images are used only temporarily during the AI processing session to generate your personalized ergonomic recommendations.
🚫 We do not store, cache, backup, or retain any images on our servers beyond the analysis period.
5. Email & Marketing Preferences
📧 Consent-Based Marketing: We only send marketing emails if you explicitly opt-in during the analysis process.
✉️ Analysis Results: We will always send you your ergonomic analysis results to the email address you provide.
🚪 Easy Unsubscribe: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

⏰ Session Security: Session data expires automatically and is regularly purged from our systems.
🧹 Automatic Cleanup: Orphaned files and expired data are automatically identified and removed from our systems.
9. Children's Privacy
ErgoAudit is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
